KEERAI MASIYAL

Keerai masiyal is an excellent dish which is very easy and fast to prepare.It goes wonderful with the combination of vathakozhambu.
Lets see how to make this.
This recepie will serve 2 persons.
INGREDIENTS
Arai keerai 1 bunch chopped
(keerai is the name of green leafy vegetable in tamil)
oil
mustard seeds
1 spoon urad dhal
2 red chillies 
asafoetida 
1 spoon chenna dhal
1 spoon jeera
salt
1 spoon rice flour( in a small cup add 1 spoon of rice flour mix it with little water without lumps and keep it ready)

PROCEDURE
In a cooker add salt ,keerai , little water and cook for 3 whistles.(Add only little water in the cooker and while removing do not drain the water)
After 3 whistles allow it to rest  till the pressure goes out and with the help of a blender smash the keerai nicely.
In a pan pour some oil add mustard seeds,urad dhal,chenna dhal ,asafoetida ,jeera , dry red chillies and fry for 2 mins.
Now add th smashed keerai and allow it to boil.
After 7 to 8 mins add little rice flour water and allow it to boil for 5 mins.
when the keerai starts to become thick switch off the flame.
KEERAI MASIAL is ready !!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
