STRAWBERRY ALMOND CAKE


INGREDIENTS NEEDED

2 cups all purpose flour.
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh straw berry juice
Pinch of pink food colour
2 tbsp flour to to coat  before mixing the cake batter.
2 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 cup thick fresh yogurt
3tsp of flax seeds
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar OR condensed milk
1 tsp baking soda  1 tsp vanilla extract.

Method:

 Grease a cake tin and dust with flour and put the butter paper.Keep it seperately.
In a large bowl sift all the dry ingredients all purpose flour, baking powder,baking soda,salt and mix it well.

In another bowl mix the yogurt,oil,sugar,vanilla extract, orange  and slowly add to the dry ingredients.Combine the dry and wet ingredients well.

 Pour the cake batter in the greased cake tin  and decorate with the chopped almonds and raisins.


Preheat the air fryer for about 10 mins at 200 degree cel.




Now keep  the cake batter  inside the air fryer and bake for about 20 to 25 mins at 180 degree cel.


After baking check with the skewer whether it has baked fully and allow it to cool completely and transfer it to a plate.



Slowly remove the butter paper.

 Turn it upside down .
Your yummy strawberry cake is ready
