MIXED VEGETABLE SOUP

INGREDIENTS
2 carrots sliced
3 to 4 spoons of frozen peas
1  potato diced
1 tsp ajwain
4 medium tomatoes sliced
1 tsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 medium onion sliced
Salt to taste
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp corn flour powder

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
 Now add cumin seeds, black pepper powder and onion sauté it well.
Add carrots, potato, ajwain. Add salt and mix
Add two cups of water cover the pan and cook for ten minutes
Add tomatoes and cook  till all the vegetables are completely boiled.
Strain and keep the liquid mixture seperately. Cool the vegetables and then puree it.
Transfer into a deep pan, add the vegetable liquid .
Bring the soup to boil, add salt sugar and salt .Add 1 spoon of cornflour water and allow it to boil.
Serve hot
