Andhra Style Tomato Pachadi or Chutney is one of the most tangy ,hot and sour dish.

Ingredients
- Tomatoes-5
- Bengal Graml-3 tabs
- Urad dhal -1 ½ tabs
- Dry Red whole chillies-6-7
- Mustard Seeds -1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil
For Seasoning
- Oil 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Asafoetida
Procedure
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, dry red chillies, Bengal gram and black gram dal .
- Fry till mustard seeds splutter .
- Make toma to paste using a blender .
- Remove the mustard seeds, chillies and dals from pan and allow it to get cool down.
- Add oil and fry tomatoes till they become soft and juicy .
- Take a mixer jar add the fried dals, mustard seeds and dry red chillies and make it into a fine powder.
- Now add this powder to the fried tomatoes and add salt .
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry some curry leaves and asafoetida and serve hot with idlies and dosa.
- Once the chutney is completely cooled down put it in the glass jar and use it whenever needed.
