cauliflower paneer bhurji





Cauliflower paneer bhurji is an interesting traditional  flavorful vegetarian dish, which is prepared by grated or fine chopped cauliflower florets and paneer.It is one of the all time universal favourite side dish for chapatis.









INGREDIENTS REQUIRED


Cauliflower  1 medium
Paneer  1 cup grated
Onions  chopped finely - 1 cup
Green.chillies - 2 chopped finely
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1 small
Half cup frozen green peas
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Corriander Powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Amchur powder  - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori methi  - 1  
celantro garnish

PROCEDURE

1. Wash the cauliflower florets . Grate them finely .
2. Grate the paneer and keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in large  pan. Add  Cumin seeds. When they splutter add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a min.
5. Add onions, fry until they are soft and transclescent.
6. Add tomotoes, all the spice powders  and fry for about 5 mins.
7. Add grated cauliflower , peas and salt, mix well and cover  the lid and cook in  low heat for about 5 mins. 
8. Once the cauliflower is cooked completely add the grated Paneer, Kasoori Methi and fry  for about 3 - 5mins.
9. Garnish some corriander leaves 
10. Serve hot with chapatis
