VEGGIE STICK CHAPATI ROLL

Veggie stick chapati roll is one of the excellent lunch of recipe for kids.
Lets see how to make dis healthy dish.




INGREDIENTS 

FOR MAKING VEGGIE STICKS

boiled and mashed aloo 1 cup
boiled carrots 
boiled peas
salt
red chilly powder
coriander ;eaves chopped

OTHER INGREDIENTS NEEDED

tomato ketchup
grated cheese
atta dough  for  making chapatis.

PROCEDURE

Take the mashed aloo add the boiled carrots and peas.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Add salt and red chilly powder .
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it cylindrically and keep it ready.




You can either shallow fry in the dosa tava with a little oil or even u can bake it in the oven.



Now your veggie sticks are ready.


Take a chapati and keep it on a plate apply some ketch up, add some grated cheese keep a veg stick on a side and roll it.



Wrap it in the aluminium foil to retain its heat if u plan this for lunch box.
