sweet corn clear soup


Sweet corn soup is one of the best appetizer which is loved by all.
It is widely adored by all the kids and adults .
Lets see how to make this home made corn clear soup.







INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup sweet corn kernels 
  2. 4 cups vegetable stock
  3. 1 tsp grated ginger 
  4. 1 tsp fennel seeds 
  5. salt 
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 2 tsp sugar


FOR GARNISH

  1. 2 spoons of corn kennels
  2. chopped spring onions
  3. 1 spoon pepper powder


METHOD

  • Take a pan add the vegetable stock to boil in a deep pan and add all the corn kennels, mix well and cook untill it becomes soft and boils completely.
  • Add the spices and  allow it to boil for about 2 mins.
  • Now garnish it  with corn kennels and spring onions.
  • Serve hot.
