Lets see how to make this home made corn clear soup.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar
FOR GARNISH
- 2 spoons of corn kennels
- chopped spring onions
- 1 spoon pepper powder
METHOD
- Take a pan add the vegetable stock to boil in a deep pan and add all the corn kennels, mix well and cook untill it becomes soft and boils completely.
- Add the spices and allow it to boil for about 2 mins.
- Now garnish it with corn kennels and spring onions.
- Serve hot.
