QUICK EASY GREEN MOONG DHAL MASALA

Moong dhal masala is a very healthy dish which is widely consumed by all  the people.

Let us see how to make this healthy dish .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of boiled moong dhal ( soak the dhal for a minimum of 6 hours before boiling)
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 spoon of coriander powder
  • 1 spoon chilly powder
  • 1 spoon garam masala
  • oil
  • curry leaves
  • jeera
  • hing


PROCEDURE


  • Take a cooker add some oil. jeera, curry leaves, hing ,ginger garlic paste and fry.
  • Add the chopped onions, tomato and well.
  • Now add all the masalas and give it a quick stir.
  • Add the boiled moong dhal ,salt and cover the cooker and let it cook for 2 whistles.
  • Mash it nicely after boiling and serve hot with chapatis.
