INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of boiled moong dhal ( soak the dhal for a minimum of 6 hours before boiling)
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 spoon of coriander powder
- 1 spoon chilly powder
- 1 spoon garam masala
- oil
- curry leaves
- jeera
- hing
PROCEDURE
- Take a cooker add some oil. jeera, curry leaves, hing ,ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Add the chopped onions, tomato and well.
- Now add all the masalas and give it a quick stir.
- Add the boiled moong dhal ,salt and cover the cooker and let it cook for 2 whistles.
- Mash it nicely after boiling and serve hot with chapatis.
