Khati ( a mixed vegetable wrap )

Khati or frankie is one of the easy healthy lunch box recepie.
It is one of the most healthy lunch box food with all the essential nutrition .
It is tasty and tummy filling too .
It is the best lunch box food as well as the best take away kind of food .8






Ingredients needed  for making the stuffing

1 cup mixed vegetables
Salt
Oil
Coriander powder
 1 spoon pudhina paste 
1 spoon pav bhaji masala
Turmeric
Red chilly powder
Curry leaves
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste

Ingredients required for making dough

1 cup atta
1/4 cup All purpose flour
Salt
Oil

Procedure

Take a pan pour some oil add jeera and fry 



 Now add green chillies         tomatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste ,  and fry till it becomes soft .


 Now add all the masala powders , pudhina paste sprinkle little water and  cook well.






Now add all the vegetables and cook till it leaves no water and cooks completely.





 Now mix all the ingredients required for making frankie dough and keep it aside.





Make nice soft fluffy frankies.



Now place the stufging in one corner. 




Roll it down first and roll over the sides.



Oncd again fry the khatis on the pan and roast it over both the sides.

Serve hot .
