Payasam or kheer is one of the most tastiest sweets which is preparwd in all the occasions .
But still it takes more time to reach its proper consistency for a desired taste.
You can also use some condensed milk to make it more tasty but the kheer what Im making in this is a combination of sago and vermicelli .
The payasam in this combination can be prepared in a jiffy and it tastes yummy .
Ingredients required
Soaked sago or jevarisi quarter cup ( soak 4 a minimum of half an hour for better results )
Fried vermicelli 1 cup
2 cups boiled milk
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee
Dry fruits
Procedure
Take a pan put 2 spoons of ghee and fry the vermicelli and sago .
Boil it with little water.
Once it is boiled add milk and cook .
Add sugar .
Take a tadka pan add ghed dryfruits and garnish.
Serve it chilled.
