Healthy tasty beach sundal

Sundal is one of the most healthiest snack.
People generally love to have the beach sundal.
Let us check how to make this delicious beach sundal at home.



Ingredients needed

Boiled chenna dhal
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Mustard seeds
Chenna dhal 1 tsp
Urad dhal 1 tsp
Green chillies 2 nos
Asafoetida a generous pinch
Coconut grated 2 tsp 
Curry leaves 

Masala powder requiered

Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Salt
Jeera powder
Coriander powder 
(  take a cup and mix all these powder together and keep it ready )





Procedure

Take a pan pour some oil and allow it to heat for some time.



Soak the chenna for nearly 8 hours and pressure cook with salt ans water for about 3 to 5 whistles ans drain it.




Now in the pan add oil , mustardseeds , jeera , chenna dhal , urad dhal , green chillies , curry leaves and fry for few seconds.





Now add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.







Now take the masala mixed powder and add it in the oil and fry .

Now add the sundal.




Add some grated coconut and serve hot .
