KOZHUKATTAI is one of the  sweets preparwd usually on pillayar chaturthi .
In my mother in laws place we make this sweet even for Varalakshmi Viratham .
Lets see how to make this delicacy using the Shop brought rice flour.

Ingredients needed for making the flour

If you do not have blender u can use the back side of a long serving spoon and mix well and using hand mix well like atta dough using oil.

Now make small balls and keep it ready.

Now take 2 medium sized transparent plastic sheet or baking paper and apply little oil

Now take one ball ans keep it in the middle.

Now cover the ball with another paper .

Now take a tumbler and press the back side of the glass over the ball and make a round flat dough.

Now remove the upper sheet .you will now be having a flat dough .
In the centre keep the poornam and slowly take its sides and cover it.
