VANILLA MUFFINS

Muffins are generally liked by kids a lot .
These light and spongy muffins are the easy and perfect way to start 
your mornings.
Lets check how to make this spongy cake for a healthy morning. 




Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour ( take a siever and sieve the flour before using it to make a batter )
Half cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla powder or flavoured liquid 1 tsp
Quarter cup yoghurt
Quarter cup milk
1/4 grms butter or cooking oil 6 to 7 spoons
Quarter spoon baking soda
Half spoon baking powder
Procedure

Take a wide bowl add all the above ingredients.




Take a hand blender and blend it nicely .




Pre heat the oven to 200 degree centigrade for about 15 to 20 mins.
Pour the batter into the muffin moulds and keep it in the oven.
I used airfryer to bake these muffins.



Bake it for about 15 to 17 mins allow it to cool down completely. 
Serve your kids and jus see their happy faces.
