ALOO CAULIFLOWER CURRY

Aloo cauliflower curry is one of the most famous Punjabi dish.
It is a Punjabi style gravy dish.
It is one of the most satisfying curry . It is one of the most brilliant side dish as it is more delicious and vibrant. 



Ingredients

1 cup boiled aloo and cauliflower florets
Oil
Salt
2 green chillies
Curry leaves
Chilly powder
Chole masala 2 tSp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Pinch of sugar
Turmeric powder 
Celantro leaves
1 small cup of boiled and mashed aloo
Jeera
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
chopped capsicum
Frozen peas


Procedure

Take a cooker or any heavy bottom vessel add oil onions, curry leaves, tomatoes, green chillies , , turmeric powder , cholle masala , amchur powder , salt , sugar and fry well.

Fry till it is completely cooked and switch off the flame.

Allow it to cool down. 

Now add the cooked ingredients into a blender and make a smooth paste.









Take the same pan again pour some oil add jeera , hing and fry.

Add the onion tomato paste  and cook .

Now add the mashed potato to have a nice thick gravy.

Add the cauliflower aloo pieces , capsicum pieces and some green peas.

Cover the cooker and cook for 3 whistles.




Allow the steam to go off completely .

Check the gravy consistency and adjust water if only needed.

Add some chopped celantro leaves .

Serve hot with chapati.
