CAULIFLOWER ALOO MUTTER CURRY ( DRY VERSION )

Aloo mutter gobi curry is a Punjabi dish made from potatoes , mutter and cauliflower. 
It is a healthy subzi and the aromatics makes it a very special curry. It makes it a good side dish for gravy.

Ingredients

1 cup half boiled chopped aloo and cauliflower florets
1 large tomatoes finely chopped
1 large onion chopped
Mutter 
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Salt
Oil
Curry leaves
Jeera
Green chillies slit 3
Masala I have used specialy for this recepie is palak paneer masala powder 2 tsp
Celantro leaves





Procedure

Take a cooker add oil , jeera , , onions , tomatoes masala powders , chilly powder along with salt and turmeric fry well till it becomes soft. 

Add the half boiled cauliflower , peas , aloo mix and cover the cooker and cook for 2 whistles. 

Once the steam has gone completely open snd fry till all the water gets evaporated. 

Add some chopped celantro and serve hot.
