Pav bhaji sandwich

Pav bhaji sandwich is made out of buns toasted in spicy masalas.
It is one of the most famous street foods of MUMBAI.
It is a amazing recepie and a quick fix snack too.



Ingredients

For making green chutney


  • Chopped celantro and mint leaves
  • Roasted groundnuts 4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Jeera powder
  • A pinch of black salt
  • Green chillies


Other ingredients


  • Pav bhaji buns
  • Oil or butter
  • Salt
  • Pav bhaji masala powder 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida
  • Turmeric
  • Chopped celantro
  • Sliced tomatoes 
  • Boiled and sliced aloo
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Cheese

  • Procedure


  • Take a cup and make a masala paste.
  • To make the masala paste add in pav bhaji masala powder, chilly powder asafoetida , salt , , celantro  and mix with little water .
  • Keep it separately. 
  • Take a tawa put some butter allow it to melt. 
  • Add the masala paste and fry till the masalas gets completely roasted.
  • Divide the pav buns and toast  it over the masala butter paste.





  • Now remove the buns from the tava apply green chutney one side.
  • Arrange cucumber , , tomato boiled potatoes and cheese.
  • In this I have used cheese spread.
  • Heat the toaster Nd keep it  and toast .




 If you do not have toaster u can very well arrange the bun as I mentioned and toast it using the tawa.

cheesy pav sandwich is ready .....
